General House Rules

2. Wipe your shoes on door mat to keep Wooden floorings clean.

3. No smoking and drinking inside the Homestay.

4. No parties or events.

5. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people.

6. The maximum room capacity is only 2 , no extra bed will be provided and we are using queen bed.

7. Children only below 5 years are allowed complimentary without extra bed, only 1 child per room.

8. Geyser will not work on power backup.

9. Quiet time after 10:30 p.m.

10. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.

11. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.

12. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony.

13. No pets allowed.

14. Make sure to turn off the lights, fans, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
