Cancellations made within the specified time frame may incur cancellation fees. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 Days asper refund policy.
Guest Conduct:
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt the peace and comfort of other guests and family members of Homestay. Illegal activities, excessive noise, and any form of harassment or misconduct will not be tolerated. Minimalist Homestay reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate these guidelines without refund.
Property Damage and Loss:
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property or its contents during their stay. Lost or damaged items may be subject to replacement or repair charges.
Amendment of Terms:
Minimalist Homestay reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version of the terms and conditions will be posted on our website and available upon request.
